At PETROPIPE we manufacture the casings using structural plate steel (ASTM A 572-2021 in its various grades) or certified pressure vessel plate steel (ASME SA537, ASME SA516-2017 in its different grades). With diameters, thicknesses and lengths according to your needs in accordance with the Standards or specifications:

API 1104 Ap. B-Ed. 22-2021, ASME PCC-2-2022, ASME BPVC Sections V y IX-2021, ASME B31.3-2022, ASME B31.4-2022, ASME B31.8-2022, NOM-007-SECRE-2010, ET-030-PEMEX-2019, PEMEX-EST-TD-030-2020 y NRF-030-PEMEX-2006.

Each wrapper or half-round wrapper manufactured by us has a unique serial number for traceability, as well as an MTR certificate for the bale used and a DOSSIER documenting each stage of its manufacture, including measurements and non- destructive made.

PETROPIPE has ISO 9001:2015 certification, both for its manufacture and installation, if the installation is required, it has manufacturing procedures, installation procedures, with welding procedures specification (WPS), qualification record of procedure (PQR) and qualified welders (WPQ), we are even trained to weld pipes in operation at any type of pressure.
